19-year-old faces child sex charges: MSP

MARQUETTE — The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Aidan C. Keller, 19, for child sexually abusive activity - aggravated, possession of child sexually abusive material, and using a computer to commit a crime.

Keller was arrested following an investigation which was initiated when it was learned Keller was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet. A search of his residence resulted in digital evidence being seized.

Keller was charged with three counts of child sexually abusive activity - aggravated, seven counts of possession of child sexually abusive material, and 10 counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Keller was arraigned in the 96th District Court on April 26.

If convicted, Keller faces up to 25 years in prison for the child sexually abusive activity - aggravated, four years for the possession of child sexually abusive material, and 20 years in prison for using a computer to commit a crime.
