CHEBOYGAN COUNTY — Troopers from the Michigan State Police (MSP) Gaylord Post investigated a complaint of juveniles vandalizing multiple vehicles in the Cheboygan area.
The Cheboygan City Police Dept. also had complaints of vandalism to vehicles within the city limits.
Police had reports of over 70 automobiles being damaged by deflating tires, putting rocks in fuel tanks, damaging mirrors, and other forms of vandalism.
There was also graffiti painted throughout the town.
Troopers identified one of the suspects from security camera footage and an interview was conducted.
Two juveniles were apprehended and charged as a result of the investigation.
