The month of December will see a pair of events put on by the United Way of the EUP, including the December mobile.
The mobile food event will see turkeys distributed as well as other foods to area residents on Dec. 20 between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the Kinross Rec. Center on Woodlake Road in Kincheloe.
There is a limit of two households per vehicle.
Donations for the event are being accepted.
Cheques can be mailed to the office or be made over the phone at 906-632-3700 ext.1.
The United Way is also hosting a bake sale on Dec. 2 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Central Savings Bank main office locally.
