U.S. Senate Candidate Nasser Beydoun is a staunch supporter of civil rights and seeks to make meaningful change, free from the influence of special interests, that improves the daily lives of all Americans.

Michigan's Senior Senator, Debbie Stabenow, is stepping aside at the end of her third term in 2025, leaving her seat up for grabs.

Stabenow, the first woman Michiganders elected to the Senate in 2001, announced her retirement in January 2023 marking Michigan a battleground state for the fast-approaching 2024 election.

On Monday, U.S. Senate Candidate, Nasser Beydoun, submitted over 24,000 signatures to the Bureau of Elections to officially be placed on the ballot for the Michigan primary in August.

He is a longtime civil rights advocate and business leader with a proven record of building cultural and economic bridges that bring people together to create a stronger community.

Beydoun is running to become Michigan’s next U.S. Senator through a grassroots campaign that has taken no money from special interest groups. As a CEO, son, husband and father of three, Beydoun is working to help make the true American dream for a safe and prosperous life a reality for everyone.

His statement follows.

It is with immense gratitude and excitement that I announce the successful gathering of enough signatures to secure our place on the ballot for the upcoming U.S. Senate race. This milestone is not just a testament to our campaign's organizational strength – but more importantly, it reflects the unwavering support and dedication of countless volunteers and communities who believe in our vision for a better future.

As we continue on this journey, I am filled with hope and determination to serve the people of Michigan. Once elected, I envision a future where every voice is heard, every community is represented and every challenge is met with humanity, courage and compassion.

My mission is clear: to enact meaningful change that improves the lives of all Americans, without the taint of special interests. From championing access to quality healthcare and education to fighting for economic opportunity and a more sustainable tomorrow, I am committed to addressing the most pressing issues facing our country head-on.

But I can’t do this alone. It will continue to take the collective effort of every Michigander and every community to make a true impact. Together, we will forge a path forward that reflects the values of inclusivity, integrity and progress.

As we celebrate this significant milestone, let us also look ahead with optimism and determination. Let’s shape a future where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and where the promise of America shines brighter than ever before."
