Joseph Alan Beaudry, age 66, of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, died on January 25, 2024. He was born on September 6, 1957, in Sault Ste. Marie to parents Louis and Betty (Myers) Beaudry.

Joe grew up in Algonquin where he built bonds and friendships that will carry on for generations. He was proud to have graduated from Sault High School. After graduation one of his many highlights in life is to have been able to paint on the Mackinac Bridge. He moved on to be a cook at Sacy’s restaurant in Bay Mills, Michigan, where he enjoyed cooking delicious food. He retired in 2014 a little earlier than he would have liked to, due to medical issues. He enjoyed keeping himself busy with his garden and yardwork.

Joe loved snowmobiling, camping, and playing hockey. He took great pride in owning his house and keeping his lawn cut nice. He had many friends that he liked to share stories and talk about. He loved being a father and grandfather and Joe will be greatly missed.

Joseph is survived by his wife, Mary Beaudry; children, Charles Beaudry, Christopher Brooks, Jay Hood and Robin Hood; grandchildren, Honestei Beaudry, Jaxon Beaudry, Joeseph Beaudry, Eugene Gravelle, Faith Cole, and Kenith Brooks; siblings, Suzanne (George Vann) Beaudry, Denise Beaudry, Michelle Beaudry, Bob (Janelle) Beaudry and Tom (Carrie) Beaudry, as well as many other dear friends and family members.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Betty Beaudry; daughter, Melissa Beaudry; and grandson, Havein Beaudry.

A Celebration of Life will be held on February 3, 2024, from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

at the Niigaanagiizhik Ceremonial Cultural Building 11 Ice Circle, Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
